The Research Of Clinic Of Chinese Medicine For Pediatric Ascariasis

Objective:By documents research,two rounds of questionnaire surveys of experts(Delphi method)and the experts consensus meeting,formulating the clinic practice guidelines of TCM of ascariasis on children.Method:Formulating ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide by using documents research.two rounds of questionnaire surveys and the expert consensus meeting.Literature Research:searching related doctuments including ancient chinese medicine pediatrics literature and contemporary chinese medicine literature and literature in therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicines.After Analysis and assess about the literature we've searched,we formulating the first round expert questionnaire.Experts Survey:The first round expert questionnaire which include the diagnosis,the syndrome,the therapies,the precaution about ascariasis.We then sent the questionnaire to the experts for enquiry.After the expert sent the questuinnaire back,our research group establishing excel database,analying the enthusiasm coefficient,concentration ratio and coordination degree via statistic analysis.All these above are used to formulate the second round expert questionnaire.We must analyze the recycling questionnaires by gathering and modifying the experts'advices.By the statistic analysis,we formulated the ascariasis TCM original finalized clinic guideline.Expert Meeting:After finish the two round of expert questionnaire,we inviting 23 pediatric specialists to examine and approve the ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide via discussing the suggestion of modification.Then we analysed the expert opinion about the original finalized clinic guideline.Results:We formulated a more scientific and standardized ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide that enriching and revising the formal ascariasis.Conclusion:Questionnaire surveys of experts(Delphi method)and the expert argumentation are sientific methods to make normative clinic guidelines.the new edition of the ascariasis is worthy being widely applied clinically.
