The Effect Of "Long Hu Jiao Zhan Zhen Fa" On The Nonspecific Low Back Pain Patients’ Plasma SP And Infrared Thermal Images

Objective:Studying the changes of "long hu jiao zhan zhen fa" on the NLBP patients’plasma SP before and after treatment, to preliminary explore the analgesia mechanism of "long hu jiao zhan zhen fa", to find an effective and secure analgesia acupuncture method.Meanwhile, observing the infrared thermal images, to explore the value of infrared thermal images in NLBP subsidiary diagnose and efficacy evaluation.Methods:Randomizing90patients into3groups,30per one group, A group use "long hu jiao zhan zhen fa", B group use "ping bu ping xie zhen fa", C group use Intermediate frequency physical therapy, three groups before and after treatment draw blood about2ml and taken pictures of infrared thermal images, to observe the changes of plasma SP and infrared thermal images.Result:The plasma SP no significant difference between3groups Before treatment (P>0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the changes of SP before and after treatment among3groups (P<0.01); A group post-treatment significantly differences was found between the B group and C group (P<0.01). the difference was statistically significant in the changes of bilateral temperature difference before and after among A group and B、C group (P<0.01); A group post-treatment significantly differences was found between the B group and C group (P<0.01)Conclusion:1."Long hu jiao zhan zhen fa" reinforcing-reducing non-specific low back pain are effective treatment methods. Its "living the pain of the needle" in pain relief and improve lumbar function, comprehensive efficacy is superior to acupuncture reinforcing-reducing group and Intermediate frequency physical therapy.2.The concentration of plasma SP is positively related to the degree of pain in NLBP, the three treatment methods can reduce the levels of NLBP patients’ plasma SP,"long hu jiao zhan zhen fa" group significantly decreased. Its analgesic mechanism may reduce the SP content of peripheral blood plasma.3.Infrared thermal images show that the bilateral temperature difference of the lesions have significantly lower after use "long hu jiao zhan zhen fa" treatment.consistent with the clinical efficacy; Infrared thermal images can reflect the thermal distribution of NLBP patients’pain levels、range.It has a certain value in NLBP aided diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.
