The Study Of Observeing The Clinical Effect Of "Long Hu Jiao Zhan Fa" On Blood Stasis Type Osteoarthritis Of Knee(KOA)

ObjectiveObserve the curative effect of "long hu jiao zhan fa" on blood stasis type of KOA. To comprehend assess the influence of treatment effect when we use the "long hu jiao zhan fa" basic on the electroacupuncture treatment. Search an rapider, More effective, cheaper, and more effective method, which can relieve the suffering of patients, improve the patients’quality of life of, rducing the economic burden of society and family.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria strictly,60patients were divided into treatment group of30patients and control group of31patients at random. The basic treatment is the same about the two groups:Acupoints、Cupping, TDP irradiation, Electroacupuncture. Operation of the treatment group:when the patient’s feeling comes after insert the needle into the acupoints, execute "long hu jiao zhan fa" on the acupoints which we choosed, then execute the electroacupuncture treatment. On the contrary, the control group were executed "nian zhuan xie fa".All cases were20times. The evaluation standard were the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the ISOA scale. We compared the scores of VAS and ISOA before and after the treatment, finally used the SPSS software to statistical data analysis and conclusions.Result1. The comparison of the baseline:Before the treatment, it shows no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the two groups in terms of age, gender, course of disease, as well as the score of ISOA and VAS. It displayed that two groups have comparability to be compared.2. The comparison of the curative effect:(1) Comparing the scores of VAS and ISOA before and after the treatment in both groups, which showed statistical significance (P<0.05). It showed that two therapeutic schedule are all effective to cure the KOA.(2) Comparing the scores of VAS and ISOA between the two groups after the treatment, both of the comparison of the VAS scores and the ISOA scores showed statistical significance (P<0.05). It told us that the treatment group is better than the control group to cure the KOA.(3) After the treatment, there are5clinical recovery cases, markedly effective15cases, effective9cases, ineffectiveness1cases in treatment group, the effective rate was96.67%; There are the clinical recovery was3, markedly effective8cases, effective16cases, ineffectiveness4cases, the effective rate was87.1%. Comparing the total effect between the both groups, we found that it shows statistical significance (P<0.05). It told us that the the overall effect of treatment group is better than the control group to cure the KOA.Conclusion:The curative effect of using "long hu jiao zhan fa" with electricity on blood stasis type of KOA is certain. the study show us that using this method can obviously improve the patient pain, knee arthritis and with serious index decreased, and the treatment group is better than the control group.
