| Observe the clinical effect of Shenhuangsan in treating inflammatory external hemorrhoids to provide for the clinical application objective basis.Methods:Select60inflammatory external hemorrhoids patients who are the outpatients and inpatients from Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60inflammatory external hemorrhoids patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.it was comparable between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease,before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group were applied fumigation and washing with Shenhuangsan,3bag/time,2000ml diluted with water,3times/day,the control group were applied fumigation and washing with potassium permanganate solution(1:5000),3times/day,and according to certain curative effect standard,cure two sets of patient a circumstance to be respectively carry on statistics,analysis.Results:In the treatment group,there are12cases get clinical cure.13cases get conspicuous results.4cases were effectual and1cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate of96.67%.As for the control group,there are6cases get clinical cure.9cases get conspicuous results.6cases were effectual and9cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate of70.00%.Two groups have a conspicuous difference in the clinical curative effect(P<0.05).The total cure rates of the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group.Between the Shenhuangsan group and the potassium permanganate solution(1:5000) group,there is a conspicuous difference in the signs and symptoms of the pain,dragging sense of anus,and blind piles size (P<0.01).Conclusion:In a word,literature research and clinical research,Shenhuangsan have the effects of heat-clearing, promoting blood circulation,stop the bleeding,its ability is obvious to alleviate or relief the signs and symptoms of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.and have a good effect on treatment of the inflammatory external hemorrhoids. |
