| Objective:To treat The de Quervain through Qufengtongluo powder, and observe clinical effect between the group of Qufengtongluo powder the control group of hot water and the control group of western medicine according to clinical symptoms and signs of before and after treatment. To prove that Qufengtongluo powder has better effects and advantages than other treatments.Methods:In August2011to January2012, choose60patients who were diagnosed as The de Quervain, those patients were included into study. All patients were randomly divided into the treatment group given Qufengtongluo powder fumigation-washing; the blank control group given hot water fumigation-washing; the control group of western medicine given the local-coated Voltaren Ointment.The three groups were given15days of treatment.Scores of pain, tenderness, swelling and function were recorded before treatment, and also recorded those scores on the fifth day and the tenth day and the fifteenth day after treatment.And to observe the adverse reaction conditions. The data was analysed to compare the clinical effect of the three different Treatments.Results:The three different treatments had exact effect on The de Quervain.There was no difference among the three treatments in the total effective rate and curative rathe. However, the treatment group and the the blank control group were more effective than the control group of western medicine in removing the swelling and improving the function of injured wrist. Besides the treatment group and the control group of western medicine were more effective than the blank control group in removing pain and tenderness of the lesion. In addition, the treatment group and the blank control group were safer than the control group of western medicine.Conclusion:Qufengtongluo powder treat The de Quervain is effective. It can remove pain and the swelling and improve the function of injured wrist.It is an affordable, convenient and safe treatment.It’s worth popularized in clinic. |
