The Clinical Research Of The Ten Flavour Fumigation Radial Stem Scattered Steroid Injection Treatment With The De Quervain

Objective:This study aims at the treatment group and control group in patients with de Quervain of the randomized controlled clinical study to observe Ten flavour fumigation scattered and steroid injection-the curative effect and to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment and methods of de Quervain.Methods:Choose 59 patients who were diagnosed as de Quervain and were randomized assigned to two groups. The treatment group has 30 people and the control group has 29. The treatment group were treated with Ten flavour fumigation scattered fumigation and steroid injection. The control group were treated with steroid injection with hot water fumigation. Both group has two courses. Before and after treatment were observed the two groups of clinical signs and symptoms of the integral and to compare and analyze the total score and compare the recently and long-term outcome. And to observe the adverse reaction conditions.Results:Two groups of patients after 2 week and 3 months, total score signs and symptoms are obviously decline. By statistical analysis, after two weeks treatment,two groups of symptoms and signs integral and total integral compare and clinical curative effect comparison was not statistically significant. The Sign and symptom score of the two group decreased significantly after treatment and following visiting.Treatment with 3 moths, two groups of symptoms and signs score were decline and was statistically significant. The treatment group's recurrence rate is 24.14%, that is 3.6 times of the control group which is 6.67%. Conclution:1,Ten flavour fumigation scattered and steroid injection to treat de Quervain is better than the ony steroid injection in lone term. And has fewer recurrence rate.2, The Ten flavour fumigation scattered and steroid injection treatment has no obvious adverse reaction, with security and reliability.
