Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug treatment of coronary heart disease by clinical observation.MethodsTo collect literatures content through the Chinese Medical, DengTieTao related books, CNKI and the VIP database,etc. And Using content analysis of documents classified analysis these content.The subjects were patients of December2011and March2012in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in cardiovascular outpatient, who has a diagnosis of chronic stable coronary artery disease, and a diagnosis of chest pain syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis in TCM. There are60cases included in the research, divided into the treatment group (treament of Yi Qi Chu Tan+western medicine basic treatment), and the control group (pure western basic treatment). Follow-up to the main contents of the two groups is the SAQ and TCM Syndrome Score.Observation time is4weeks.Results1.The doctrine of the correlation of the five viscera is proposed by Deng Tietao. He belived that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is primary deficiency and secondary excess, deficiency of the heart-yang and heart-yin is the internal factors, phlegm and stasis make the CHD continue to develop, the etiology and pathogenesis of the CHD is "the heart is main, the correlation of the five viscera". Differentiation of syndromes is deficiency of the heart-yang, deficiency of the heart-yin, deficiency of the heart-yang and heart-yin, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. He attache importance to phlegm and blood stasis. Treat coronary heart disease by nourishing spleen and enriching qi, Activating blood and dissolving stasis, resolving phlegm. Now this theory has plenty of clinical research and experimental study validation.2. Clinical research about academic ideology and clinical experience from Pro. Deng Tietao has been focused.3. After treatment,the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms is96.7%, and two groups’TCM syndrome score compared with the previous are decline, but the treatment group decreased than the control group significantly(P<0.05). The two groups in the body degree of activity limitation, heart attacks, and the treatment of the satisfaction degree,the improvement of the treatment group are better than the control group(P<0.05).Conelus ion1. The doctrine of the correlation of the five viscera is proposed by Deng Tietao. It guidance for the diagnosis and treament of coronary heatr disease in TCM, and it has made remarkable curative effect. So we should study, inherit and carry forward further.2. The academic thought of Pro. Deng diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,which orginated in the thinking of relationship between the TCM and Philosophy, have clinical basis, has plenty of experimental study validation.3. Decoction of Deng’Wen Dan has made remakeble curative effect in the improvement of TCM symptoms, quality of life, angina pectoris has a distinct role. |
