Object ivesThis subject research the patients of II0(Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction) with Shireyuzu Qijiyuzhi Syndrome, who are willing to take measure of conservative treatment. In this research we use Xinjiadachengqi Decoction to treat II0with Shireyuzu Qi jiyuzhi Syndrome, observe pre and post symptoms, physical sign andabdominal X-Ray, and research its clinical efficacy and mechanism of action.Methodsaccording to the order of hospital patients would be at the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria respectively selected20cases eligible subjects from digests and surgery were as the treatment group and the control group. The two groups in age, gender, disease, causes were no significant differences areas, comparability (P>0.05). The treatment group to Xinjiadachengqi decoction, oral, a daily, on the2nd. The control group was given castor oil oral,20ml, daily twice, and compound enema in the treatment of hairy holly,60ml, daily once. Separate safety of(blood, urine routine laboratory tests, heart, liver and kidney function tests, possible adverse reactions)and the effect of observation(signs and symptoms of observation, X-ray observations). Week for a course of treatment, observation of one consecutive course.ResultsThe overall response rate was85%, the control group was75%, the total efficiency of the treatment group was better obviously than the control group, P<0.05. Defecation in the exhaust treatment group, abdominal distension abdominal pain, dry mouth mouth bitter, xerostomia symptoms improved significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, a statistically significant; Nausea and vomiting in the improvement although better than in the control group, but statistically, P>0.05, with no statistical significance. Two patients with symptoms and signs before treatment group total score by t test, P>0.05, no significant difference; Group before and after treatment, after treatment group were as integral t test, P<0.05, there were significant differences in the comparison group after treatment than before treatment, group treatment group than the control group. Two cases in the treatment group clinical symptoms, no signs of improvement or increase, resulting in complete obstruction to the treatment and control group three cases to surgical treatment. Two cases of X—ray effects P>0.05, no significant difference. Two group the antis first exhaust, defecation time, P<0.05, a significant difference. Actual days in hospi tal comparison, the t test, P<0.05, a significant difference that the actual days in hospital the treatment group is less than the control group. Side effects were compared to the treatment group and the control group there was no significant difference, P>0.05. Blood, urine routine and heart, liver and kidney function tests found no obvious side effects.Conclusion1. Xinjiadachengqi Decoction is relatively safe and effective prescription to treat110with Shireyuizu Qijiyuzhi Syndrome.2. Chinese medicine oral operates conveniently, have no trauma,no toxic orside effect, belonging to green therapy, almost suitable for all the patients, especially the aged ones who are too weak to surgery or cannot toleranceoperation.
