| Primary sinonasal non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (PSNHL) are a group of heterogeneous diseases with different morphological, phenotypic and molecular features, which originate from nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. PSNHL often presents as nasal obstruction, epistaxis, headache, perorbital swelling, facial edema and so on. Pathological and immunohistochemistry diagnosis are gold standards for PSNHL. The incidence of PSNHL is not very high. It is still controversial about its pathogenesis and treatment strategies. We report3cases of PSNHL and review the associated literatures to improve the knowledge of pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment and to decrease clinical misdiagnosis rate. |
