Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and prognosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, To sum up the conclusion of diagnosis and treatment-of HL.Methods A total of69adult patients with HL were treated in our hospital from January2002to December2012, the patients’ data were retrospectively reviewed using SPSS19.0statistical software for analysis.Results①total of69HL patients, male44cases (63.8%), female25cases (36.2%), the M-F ratio of HL was1.76:1, the median age was30.72.5%(50/69) of patients with superficial lymph node enlargement as first symptoms, cervical lymph node enlargement was the most common among them, stand for59.4%(41/69).②MCHL was one of the most common pathological type of the69patients with HL, stand for59.4%(41/69); second was the NSHL, which is23.2%(16/69); LDHL, NLPHL, and LPHL were relatively rare.③Except for1case of LPHL in stage I group A received radiotherapy as a monotherapy, the rest68cases were mainly choose chemotherapy or radiation combined with chemotherapy treatments, first-line treatment option ABVD scheme accounted for87.0%(60/69).④The response rate of69patients with HL was76.8%(53/69). The1,3,and5-years OS rates were91.0%88.0%and80.0%. The1,3,and5-years FFS OS rates were84.0%78.0%and72.0%.⑤Hemoglobin>120g/L, stage for I-II, group A, IPI grouping is low risk group of patients with HL CR rate was higher (P<0.05).⑥Single-factor analysis showed that hemoglobin, IPI grouping, treatment course of first-line chemotherapy accept ABVD scheme, First-line chemotherapy regimens, post-remission status were the main factors influencing the OS and FFS (P<0.05).⑦COX model of multi-factor analysis showed that post-remission status was the main factors affecting the OS and FFS of HL patients (P<0.05).Conclusions①Cervical lymph node enlargement is one of the most common first symptom of this group of patients, MCHL and NSHL were the main pathologic type.②Chemotherapy was the main treatment of the patients with HL, ABVD scheme is still the preferred solution.③Hemoglobin counting, splenomegaly presence, stage group, and IPI group were the main factors affecting the CR rate in patients with HL.④In patients with an effective HL treatment, have long survival and very favorable prognosis. hemoglobin,IPI grouping, standardized treatment, first-line chemotherapy regimen, post-remission status is the main indicators affecting the prognosis.
