Research On Medical Information Sharing Based On Health Insurance Data

It is difficult and expensive to see a doctor,which affects people’s sense of acquisition,happiness and satisfaction.How to solve the difficulty and high cost of medical treatment is an important issue in social development.In particular,the COVID-19 outbreak has further highlighted the problem of access to health care.How to solve these problems,people have high hopes for medical informatization based on 5G,Internet of things and big data.Its core is to promote medical information sharing by means of medical information,so as to solve the current medical problems.At present,the sharing of health insurance data is generally stronger than the sharing of medical information,so the research based on the sharing of health insurance data is of great significance to promote the sharing of medical information.Based on the particularity of medical service data and people’s attention,the object of this study is the sharing of relevant information when medical service is provided by various levels of medical and health institutions.Medical information sharing has the objective conditions of policy,technology and system.However,from the perspective of medical information sharing mode,information sharing platform and scope,and medical information sharing degree,the degree of medical information sharing is relatively low.Tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals do not share medical information.Under the premise that institutional barriers have been broken and a community of interests has been formed,information sharing within medical institutions and information sharing in medical associations are not optimistic.Through in-depth interview,this paper discusses and excavates the difficulties and restrictive factors of medical information sharing,mainly including inadequate implementation of policies,inconsistent standards and norms,privacy and information security issues,game among stakeholders,imperfect incentive mechanism,inadequate understanding of shared value,the ideological understanding of sharing is not in place and so on.Since health insurance data and medical data are associated and supported by common core data,the sharing effect of health insurance data is better than that of medical information from the perspective of sharing degree,sharing mode and sharing scope.Further analysis of health insurance data sharing experience is of great value for promoting medical information sharing.The toplevel design,privacy protection and standard specification of health insurance data sharing can provide experience for healthcare information sharing.Finally,based on the experience of health insurance data sharing,specific suggestions are put forward to promote medical information sharing in view of the dilemma of medical information sharing: strengthening the overall construction,unifying standards and norms,ensuring privacy and security,lean development,giving play to the incentive role of policy leverage,and promoting awareness of stakeholders.Figure 5;Table 9;Reference 47...
