Study On EMR Information Resources Integration And Sharing In Jiangxi Province

With the advancement of health informationmization and launching of related EMR() standard in our country, building the EMR as the core of hospital information system has become a key domains of the construction of hospital information system.However, usage of EMR is poor in Jiangxi province highlight because of the "information island" problem. How to complete the EMR information sharing system has become a problem to be solved urgently. Because it is a matter of medical information service quality, residents’ health records establishing and efficiency of medical treatment promoting. With the angle of resources sharing, this research analyzed using EMR in Jiangxi province, then building model of EMR information resources integration and sharing in Jiangxi province.First, this paper clearly introduces the meaning of EMR information sharing and the demand and the basic concept of EMR which including the definition,standardization, etc. In view of usage of EMR in Jiangxi province, writer investigates six representative hospitals. According to the status quo of the six hospitals, writer analysis defects of EMR information sharing which mainly include: incomplete information resources construction, information encapsulated and information dispersion, etc. To solve these problems, writer put forward the corresponding measures which mainly include: information sharing, information standardization strategy, information openness, information authenticity, information security.Then, according to the information sharing strategy, the article sets up the corresponding project of EMR information resources integration and sharing. Mainly includes two aspects: first, the EMR information resources integration. By making two-step scheme which are EMR information resources integration about hospital internal and between hospitals, the government of Jiangxi province will build EMR information sharing platform. Second, establish the EMR information sharing scheme.From the angle of users, the article comprehensive analyzes requirements of EMR information to maximize the value of EMR and constructs sharing system for hospitals, doctors, social public, research institutions, the health administrationdepartment, administrative law enforcement departments sharing EMR information.The article analyzes data storage and information retrieval model of information sharing platform to ensure the efficiency of information system and design different user access mechanism to ensure the safety of the EMR information and confidentiality.Finally, the paper summarizes the EMR information resources integration and sharing scheme in Jiangxi province and discusses the further study which can carry out. EMR information sharing platform is analyzed the existing problems in the process of building.To solve those problems, writer puts forward the corresponding solutions. The article delivers the direction for future research work of EMR information sharing.
