Experimental Research Of Ningxinqinghuo On Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:Through the experiment, observing the effect of ningxinqinghuo soup on the sex hormones and morphology of uterine tissues in the perimenopausal female SD mice。Probe the mechanism of action on improving the menopause symptoms syndrome。Material and methods:Sixty two 10-weeks old female SD mice (body weight 220.90±8.43g) were devided into young model group and perimenopausal period model group. Mading by successful,fifty female SD mice were devided into ningxinqinghuo low-dose group, ningxinqinghuo mid-dose group, ningxinqinghuo high-dose group and western medicine Premarin group.Perimenopause model group and young control group were gavaged with the normal saline。The rest were given low doses of ningxinqinghuo soup、mid-dose of ningxinqinghuo soup、high-dose of ningxinqinghuo soup and were respectively contrast to western medicine Premarin group.Eight weeks after gavaged, put to death and take the biood to test follicle-stimulating hormone test (FSH), estradiol (E2), then dissect the abdomen and take the weight of uterine, last sent it to take pathological examination.Result:1).By contrast Perimenopause model group to young control group, it have the sex hormones changes of serum FSH levels increased and significantly lower serum E2 levels (P <0.01).2). Ningxinqinghuo soup can effective reduce the content of perimenopausal femaleSD FSH and heighten serum E2 level of perimenopausa femaleSD mice.3). Ningxinqinghuo soup can improve perimenopausal uterine morphology and increase the weight of mice.4). Low-dose of ningxinqinghuo soup just can achive the treatment efficacy in perimenopausal syndrome. Mid-dose group and high-dose of ningxinqinghuo soup showed some advantages in every observation of index involved in the experiment which demonstrated the treatment efficacy relate to its dosage. Conclusion:This experiment demonstrated that Ningxinqinghuo soup can effective reduce the content of perimenopausa female SD mice FSH and heighten serum E2 level,heighten the weight of perimenopausa mice and improve the situation of atrophic endometrium, which provided a powerful experiment demonstration in proscribing the ningxinqinghuo soup to treat perimenopausal syndrome especially in the type of yinxuhuowang.The long-time use of ningxinqinghuo soup to improve the function of thymus whether can damage the function of liver need the further experiment study.
