Therefore, the study through the establishment of the chain pulse with bacteria, diabetic rats, observe the rats diabetes ears after intervention, fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycated hemoglobin (GHbAlc), insulin (Ins), kidney cells and the change of the structure of renal cell apoptosis, a district judge needle harsh treatment can reduce the meridians are diabetic rats renal cell damage, improve symptoms and reduce complications,to probe into the ear acupuncture point a area of diabetes to the diabetes nephrosis mechanism and the influence of kidney cells, for the purpose of diabetes prevention and control and protection earpins renal damage further to provide the theory basis.Method1、SPF50only SD rats, normal group only10;40rats intraperitoneal injection of pulse with the chain, copy bacteria diabetic rats model, divide the four groups. Earpins groups:choose a needle into buried in the skin area treatment, buried30minutes to needle, every day for1times;Dimethyl double muscle groups:hydrochloric acid dimethyl double muscle piece (52mg. kg-1d.-1), points2times irrigation stomach;Dimethyl double muscle and earpins group: the above two treatment method used at the same time;treatment time is30days; untreatedgroup:Diabetic rats without any treatment. Before treatment, the rats were collected fasting blood glucose testing of FBG, GHbAlc, Ins, CP;30days to review FBG, GHbAIc, Ins, C-P, observe the HE staining pathology structure of the kidney and renal cell apoptosis count.2、HE dyed watching the experiment rats renal cell pathological morphology structure;Deoxyribose doppler shift enzyme nuclear acid end mediated gap end labeling (TUNEL) method in situ testing renal cell apoptosis and apoptosis of renal cell count.Result1、Fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin:before treatment, the group compared with normal rats (P<0.01). Treatment after30days, the model group than in normal group was significantly higher (P<0.01); before the metformin group, the auricular acupuncture group, and metformin plus auricular acupuncture group and model group and treatment decreased significantly (P<0.05).2、Insulin, C-peptide:compared with the normal group, model group and the auricular acupuncture group, insulin was significantly lower (P<0.01), the metformin group were significantly different (P<0.05), metformin plus auricular acupuncture group differencesignificant (P>0.05); after treatment with metformin, the auricular acupuncture group, metformin plus insulin and C-peptide of the auricular acupuncture group rats were increased to varying degrees, of which the metformin group compared with the model group were significant differences (P<0.05), model group, the metformin group, the auricular acupuncture group, metformin plus auricular acupuncture group, C-peptide and no significant differences (P>0.05).3、HE staining of kidney tissue:model group, significant pathological changes in the metformin group, the auricular acupuncture group compared with model group have some degree of improvement.4、Renal cell apoptosis:the model group apoptotic index was significantly higher than in all treatment groups (P<0.05), the normal group and model group significantly different (P<0.01).Result1、A fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin:Before treatment, the rats in each group with the normal group was significantly higher (P<0.01). Conclusion2、An auricular acupuncture can reduce blood glucose (FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHbAIc).3、The hypoglycemic effect of auricular acupuncture, in addition to promoting insulin secretion by pancreatic B cells in the high-sugar environment within the role, there may exist some external pancreatic effect.4、Auricular acupuncture can reduce blood sugar lead to apoptosis, to protect the remnants of the renal unit.
