| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of deficiency of acupuncture plus Auricular Plaster Therapy in treating kidney.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with auricular therapy,acupuncture once daily,auricular therapy for 5 days,every 2 days to replace the 1;control group received acupuncture treatment,continuous acupuncture 5 times,2 days of rest for 7 days a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Results: 1,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,with statistical significance.2,group: TCM Syndromes of tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness,night urination,hot flashes sweating,aversion to cold,P<0.05,with statistical significance;tinnitus severity score,tinnitus disability scale(THI)score,P<0.01,with statistical significance;the left ear is compared with threshold,P<0.01,with statistical significance;the right ear compared to the threshold,the treatment group P<0.01,control group P<0.05,with statistical significance.3,comparison between groups: two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness,hot flashes sweating,aversion to cold,P<0.05,with statistical significance;the level of severity of tinnitus,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)level,left and right ear hearing impairment,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.The two groups had better curative effect on the syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,the treatment group was better than the control group.2,the treatment group can better improve the severity of tinnitus,reduce the degree of tinnitus disability,improve the quality of life,improve the degree of tinnitus with hearing impairment.3,the treatment group was more effective in the improvement of TCM Syndromes of tinnitus severity,the accompanying symptoms also significantly improved,such as Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness and other symptoms of kidney deficiency. |
