Exploration On Institutional Mode Of Residency Training In Liaoning Province

Based on the investigation research on resident physicians’training in Liaoning Province and other cities, we established efficient administrative system for resident physicians’ training, and set up relevant training regulations and evaluation criteria for training bases, and founded performance assessment index for resident physicians’training in Liaoning Province. We adopted literature review, field study, questionnaire, comparative study and combination of theories and practice. We suggest that the committees composed of the Standardized Training Center, the Standardized Training Committee, and the Committee of Experts should be established Led by the Health Department and the Standardized Training Center of Liaoning Province, the Training Center should take over the following tasks, including professional guidance, administration of the base, sectional examinations and relevant studies. In addition, committees or leading groups at the municipal and district levels also should be established, The hospitals possessing trailing base should build administrative organization of Standardized Training Centers, which should be responsible for daily training, examination and evaluation of trainings or performance, etc.
