ObjectiveTo explore the operational method of using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on outpatient nurse recruitment.Providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for the recruitment of outpatient nurse.MethodFirst through literature research, expert consultation, questionnaire,16PF test and analytic hierarchy process to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of outpatient nurses to determine the weights of evaluation indexes.Second, out-patient nursing comprehensive quality evaluation model based onthe establishment of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, thepreparation of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the table. Finally, candidate evaluation, the sort to get the best candidates.Result1. Outpatient nurses’comprehensive quality evaluation index system by:basic quality, moral quality, the competency of three elements, each element weight respectively:0.3516,0.1892,0.4591. Basic quality factor includes:educational background, work experience, professional knowledge, skills, grooming, and moral cultivation of six indexes, the weights of the indices are:0.0380,0.0609,0.0690,0.0789,0.0425,0.0623. Personality quality factor includes:warmth, emotional stability, perseverance, aggressiveness, anxiety, independence, self-discipline and seven indexes, the weights of the indices are:0.0165,0.0237,0.0321,0.0284,0.0274,0.0230,0.0381. Competency elements include:adaptation ability, cooperation ability, communication ability, judgment ability, observation ability, learning ability, ability to perform seven index, the weight of each index are:0.0439,0.0564,0.0856,0.0610,0.0625,0.0619,0.0878.2.
