In recent years, private hospitals make up a great proportion inour country’s medical system, and the proportion has graduallyincreased. The private hospitals engage into the public’s lifeunknowingly, which are very special for their characteristics of smallcomprehensive and specialized subject. Certainly, they have achievedgreat development. But, because of the social ideas and their ownweaknesses, the private hospitals have some difficulties in themedical team construction; the brain drain is very serious. In view ofhow to keep talents for the private hospitals, the study will discussthe welfare in salary system, and analyze the relationship betweenwelfare satisfaction and job involvement in the private hospitals, thuswe can understand how to improve welfare satisfaction, increase jobperformance, finally realizes the private hospital’s own development.This thesis uses empirical analysis to discuss the content structure of welfare satisfaction in our country’s private hospitals, and therelationship between the job investment and the structure. Firstly, thestudy introduces the background and significance of this study, andthe innovation points. We found three dimensions of employee’swelfare satisfaction in the private hospital. Adopting the statisticalanalysis method, we analyze the correlation between the employeewelfare satisfaction’s dimensions and job involvement. Combinedwith the present situation of employee’s welfare satisfaction inprivate hospitals, we propose some suggestions to improveemployee’s welfare satisfaction and the job involvement.We use the exploratory factor analysis to analyze data inSPSS16.0, and then we make scientific and objective conclusionsthat welfare satisfaction is made up with three common factors, thethree common factors are welfare quality satisfaction, welfareinformation satisfaction and welfare category satisfaction. We alsoanalyze the reliability and validity of the result, this research has goodreliability and validity.According to this, we make a conclusion that there is an significantpositive correlation between welfare category satisfaction and jobinvolvement in the private hospitals; welfare information satisfactionand welfare quality satisfaction also present a positive relationship,but the coefficients are a bit low compared with the welfare category satisfaction. Finally, it points out the deficiencies and the limitationsin this thesis. Meanwhile, combined with the result of the precedingchapters, we have proposed some advice to improve the employee’swelfare satisfaction and the job involvement. Furthermore, wepropose some suggestions and make some comments to improvesalary incentive system in the private hospitals, we hope thesesuggestions will promote the development of the private hospitals,and improve the whole national medical service quality.
