By the end of2012the city had planted2000hektare vegetables with annual production of up to125,000tons and the output value of385million RMB. With the increasingly furious of marketing competition and the demand of product quality and variety, how to adapt to the market change and consumption demand, which prompts Fuqing city facilities vegetables industry development with comprehensive, healthy and rapid that become the subject that need to study and think.In this paper, it studied and analyzed the vegetable industry facilities of Fuqing city, and the main contents were as follows:the study summarized the present situation of the facilities vegetables development in Fuqing city on the base of research. The problems mainly displays in that the technical innovation ability is weak, technology content is low; Peasant management, organization structure is out; The development of the industry chain is relatively backward; the Service system construction is relatively weak, etc. At the same time, Using of "diamond model" analyzs the competitiveness about Fuqing city’s facilities vegetables industry. Clarifying the differentiation development is one of the most important development strategy for Fuqing city’s facilities vegetables development.
