The Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Coastal Zone Protection Forest Of Fuqing

Chinese coastal areas is a typhoon region with the highest frequency of storm surges,disastrous waves,tsunamis,red tide and other natural disasters,poses a great threat to the economic and social development and people’s lives and property.According to statistics,the number of a typhoon is 8.9 times at annual year of the 2006-2016,and a storm surge occurs on every 3-4 years,the direct economic loss of coastal areas is 213.4 billion yuan due to storm surges and other natural disasters.Fuqing subtropical climate zone,monsoon climate significantly,when typhoon disasters have occurred,with less natural forest resources,forest quality is not high,fragile ecological function,leading to increased frequency of disasters,affected increasingly wide range of disaster intensity increase large,prolonged disasters,mass and other characteristics of significant,serious threat to lives and property of local people.Coastal marine disaster mitigation situation is becoming increasingly serious,repositioned the importance of coastal protection forest system construction,once again set off a climax construction of coastal protection forest system.Although Fuqing City coastal has made great achievements on protection forest system construction,but due to the increase in population and industrial development,coastal protection forest system still can not meet the social and economic development;coast coastal types of Fuqing City are more comprehensive survey plan basis,must be based on local conditions,and pay attention to the actual harm due to fortification,comprehensive management,,focus on the reality of the principle of development of coastal protection forest system.This research mainly takes the way of the literature method and field research to explore the layout of Mountainous protection forest and coastal protective forests of Fuqing City.First,I looked at a lot of Aboriginal literature on the layout of Mountainous protection forest,and summarized;Secondly,make the theoretical analysis on the layout of Mountainous protection forest,while this research belongs to area natural geography,socioeconomic status,and natural disasters,etc.To provide theoretical and practical basis for later study;Third,explained the concept and layout of Mountainous protection forest of Fuqing City,current situation and problems;At last,conclude the full text and give some recommendations of Mountainous protection forest.
