Because the construction of water conservancy facilities and resources are destroyed, at the end of1980s, the breeding model gradually transformed for the artificial cultivation, and till now river crab already becomes the important variety, aquaculture industry becomes pillar industry of agriculture and rural economic, the author studies on the high-quality crab breeding technology and industry development. This research reviews on river crab’s living habits, breeding habits, growth habits and the environment condition requirement, analyzes the factors of its growth and considers that the breeding effect on quality and the influence factors are crab kind, breeding mode, environmental conditions and feeding and nutrition, summarizes the high-quality crab breeding management and disease prevention and control measures of technology situation.In the process of high quality crab breeding technology experiment, the author integrates the identification of crab kind, pathogenic test, ecological healthy breeding techniques such as subtle management measures, and achieved good breeding effect:put buckle crab433area each mu only, the per kilogram57.6, average weight194grams, maximal one350grams and back capture rate68.47%, In the test of breeding different effect about herding mode, through observing the herding of different density, different kinds of buckle crab to get results of the effects. The effect of large buckle crab size of breeding is better, under20tail/mu of Sinipercachuatsi mixed don’t has much impact on breeding effect, but over90tail/mu above flowers spotted silver carp and silver carp can affect breeding effect; In addition, test on putting crab in large fish ponds, aging pond use microporous increase oxygen facilities, Breeding effect of productive contrast test. Test conclusions of baoying high-quality breeding production has certain directive significance.To make baoying industrial development healthy and fast, the author, by analyzing the present situation and main existing problems, proposes to make baoying crab industry stronger and larger.
