Analysis On The Development And Influencing Factors Of The New Agricultural Management Entities Of The Pig-breeding Industry In Gaoping City

With the reform of China's economic system and the development of agricultural modernization,traditional modes of agricultural production gradually fail to adapt to the requirements for new development,which give rises to a series of problems including low production efficiency,low degree of organization and the loss of labor force.In 2012,the new agricultural management entities first appeared in the report at the 18th Party Congress in an official form.Since it was proposed,China has been strengthening its effort to cultivate and develop the new agricultural management entities.At the same time,pig-breeding industry has always occupied an important position in China's national economy and agricultural development.It is not only the major source of meat consumer goods in China but also an important channel of increasing farmers' income and agricultural efficiency.The transformation of the pig-breeding industry and the characteristics of the new agricultural management entities have skillfully conjunction.Based on research at home and abroad and related theories,this paper studied the development of the new agricultural management entities of pig-breeding industry in Gaoping City and applied the multiple linear regression model for collected data and materials to analyze the development and influencing factors of the new agricultural management entities of the pig-breeding industry in Gaoping City.It came to conclusions as follows.First,factors including breeding scale,employees' average schooling year,technical training,investment in science and technology,governmental subsidies,financial loans and the price of raw pork all have an obvious influence on the development of the new agricultural management entities of the pig-breeding industry.Second,in order to further promote the development of the new business entity of the pig-breeding industry in Gaoping,it is necessary to develop moderate scale management according to circumstances;strengthen the training of talents;increase investment in science and technology and strengthen the support of science and technology;intensify policy support;strengthen government regulation and stabilize market prices.
