There is the issue of mycotoxin in food to varying degrees in all over world whether developing or developed countries. In order to researching of fungal species and their mycotoxins on pig feed, four kinds of pig feed were tested which were from3pig farms surrounding Jingzhou.44samples of feed used in this study were collected,12compound feed,10copies of the full price of feed, eight corn and14soybean meal samples. Firstly, the four kinds of feed samples were detected with absorbent paper assay for fungal species. Feed samples were placed in culture glass dish, observed by the microscope and dissecting microscope, and to record the types of fungi carried by each samples. By the observations, there are six kinds of mainly Fungi existed in the44feed samples, flavus, fusarium, shuttle molds, ochratoxin, fusarium, graminearum. The quantitative of mycotoxins in the feed, which included aflatoxin, ochratoxin, deoxynivalenol, T-2toxin, fumonisin and zearalenone, was made in this study by high performance liquid chromatography combined with fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the texted formulated feed, complete feed, corn and soya bean meal generally received the six kinds of mycotoxin contamination, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, deoxynivalenol, T-2toxin, fumonisins and zearalenone. The average of mycotoxin pollution rate is in more than70%, otherwise ochratoxin and zearalenone contamination rate reached100%. According to the content of mycotoxin in the feed, the pollution level of aflatoxin to the feed is the most serious, which was far exceeding the limits recommend by WHO, and even up to250(μg/kg). There were three sorts of mycotoxin getting more serious contamination to the feed, ochratoxin, T-2toxin and zearalenone, some of which reach a moderate degree of pollution. The remaining two kinds of mycotoxin, deoxynivalenol and fumonisin, in the feed did not exceed the WHO limits.
