Currently,the world entered the era of energy scarcity,and environmental issues are on top issues of global concern.In order to solve the current problem of shortage of resources,it is put on the global and China’s agenda to find out how to develop new energy resources which includes biomass energy.Woody fuel energy having clean and renewable,remarkable environmental benefits,great potential of resources,not competing with food production and other incomparable advantages,is the main trend of future.The seed oil production rate of Cornus walteri is very high,very suitable species as an energy plant.The domestic and foreign of studies and the application of Cornus walteri is very little,many value has not been exploitation,the main reason is the breeding is more difficult.Currently,the main breeding way of Cornus walteri is the seed propagation,but the seed reproductive rate is low,often emergence in another year,uneven emergence,low ramet coefficient,long breeding time;although it can cutting seedling raising,but the survival rate is low,rooting is also very difficult,and constraints by the season and resource,so we need an effective breeding methond.Tissue culture is simple,rapid,fast propagation, can greatly shorten the cycle of woody plants,and it is conducive to the promotion and scale production.The study exploration and analysis on the influence of Cornus walteri of tissue culture,seek the most suitable culture conditions of Cornus walteri of tissue culture,designed for the stable and highly efficient of Cornus walteri of tissue culture to provide basis and reference.Set a reasonable test program on the basis of learn extensive literature.The conclusions is:the suitable method of disinfection of stems of Cornus walteri is75%ethanol for0.5min,0.1%mercuric chloride treatment10min;different pretreatment can improve the survival rate of Cornus walteri,and the best is in the direct culture vaccine way;the MS medium is more suitable for the growth of Cornus walteri;the ideal time is the three months in the4,5,6;6-BA,NAA and IBA have some effects,but induction is different;medium supplemented with30g/L sucrose,pH between5.5-6,its effect is the best;the germination rate of embryo culture is89%;the culture of leaves of no vaccine easily form a callus.
