So potatoes can be equipped with high reliability, which could improve the monitoring performance parameters, and then through the automatic compensation system for leakage automatic planting, improve the quality of operations, to realize intelligent sowing profound meaning.In this paper, the automatic compensation system of potato machine, is in former general machine, and on the basis of automatic control technology and will sensor technology combined, adopt more advanced measurement and control technology for the potato machine the device to study design the high reliability, the function is more perfect, strong anti-interference ability to adapt to the strong automatic monitoring compensation system, the realization of the machine, automatic and intelligent. When machine machine breaks down, it can automatic monitoring and two-way sound and light alarm, and inform control system, it can automatic compensation, the maximum avoid missing the happening of the kind of phenomenon, which improves the quality of the work and the machine intelligence.This paper conducted on the comparative analysis of the current domestic and foreign similar system, intelligent machine for potato the overall scheme of the compensation system was studied, according to the needs of the system, the software of the system, hardware design. The main design content including alarm circuit design, test circuit design of single-chip microcomputer system, the port extension and circuit design, D/A transformation of the circuit design, etc. System software using the assembly language of monitor system, the idea of modular design, according to hardware function will system is divided into four main function modules, namely the test circuit sensor signal acquisition module, the machine to the performance of the real-time display module, sound and light alarm circuit control module, and through D/A transformation realize the stepping motor drive the device to realize the automatic compensation of the seeding of control module.
