Now,seed is seeded by the precision seeding equipped with mechanical drills.When seeding be provided with block out form,it is lead to a group travelling together or several seeding absence because of being unable to see and hear. So they bring forward the higher request to precision seeding machine.It has been urgent affairs that the work condition of construction machinery is real time monitored and its malfunction is predicted well and truly with work condition monitoring and malfunction alerting system which has high reliability and quality on various of construction machineries.Microprocessor controlled precision seeding system study in the paper is an attempt to solve this absent seeding problem by combining mechanics and electronics. In the paper, a successful development of a set of useful system combined with microprocessor is introduced which detects and supplements absent seeds.This system combines computer and mechanical measurement, improving its capacity and realizing its automatization. When the seeder go wrong, it can be automonitor and voice light alarm in order to inform malfunction character and locality. At the same time, if drill go wrong,it can be absence compensation.It will farthest avoid seeding absence. This paper introduces in detail the overall system designing thought way of work condition monitoring and malfunction alerting system of construction machinery, and the design technique of its hardware schema circuit and software program on the basic of comparative analysis to the cognate systems at home and abroad.This system with the core of MCS-51 single chip microprocessor, followed with some processing circuits,which monitoring program is composted with assembler language. 1.In order to show seeds quantity this system is installed four displays for the sake of showing the number of the kernel which is seeding.2.The electrocircuit of this system is designed sound warning which can warn in the coming of trouble .It can remind the chauffeur of the coming of trouble so as to check and fix. Annunciator is used by the rows of seeding convenient for stalling.3.In order to improve the task efficiency Shine warning is used to show trouble quality and position so as to eliminate trouble rapidly Every row is fixed a indicator light which can glitter regularly as planting is on the rails. The corresponding indicator light will go out when the seed pipe or ditch implement of the seeder is jammed.4.Designing the absence automation compensation system,the absence compensation which is formed by drill trouble or the absent seed of box is watched by sensor,then the absence compensation semaphore is sent out timely and exactly to central CPU The complementary drill can seed continuously while sound and light warning are on the rails until cease. The system can compensate the loss which is caused by absent compensation and improve seeding efficiency and productivity.Moreover, this paper adopts a series of software and hardware measures of protection so as to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. The final result of the experiment indicates that the whole system works accurately and credibility,realizing the presumed object.
