Due to the opaque operation of the seeder in the process of mechanized precision seeding,the informatization of the seeding process has become the key to improving the intelligence of the seeding industry.Through planting monitoring,it is found that problems such as blockage of the seed tube and lack of seeds in the seed box during the mechanized sowing process can effectively improve the quality of the seeding operation.It is of great practical significance to improve the informatization level of sowing operations to carry out research on the sowing monitoring system in the process of mechanized precise sowing operations,and to design a set of precise sowing monitoring systems that can be applied to wide-width sowing operations.Based on the research and analysis of the seed flow sensing modes and sowing monitoring systems at home and abroad,this paper optimizes the seed flow sensing device by means of biconvex lens refraction,and designs a wide-width precision sowing monitoring system adapted to the sensing device.The monitoring system can monitor the precision sowing process of the seeds of economic crops of different scales such as rapeseed and cotton.On this basis,corresponding experiments and researches were carried out.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The refractive thin-surface laser seed flow sensing device is designed.By analyzing the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the photoelectric signals of the seeds passing through the thin-surface laser seed flow sensing device,the signal conditioning circuit of the seed flow sensing device is optimized,so that the response time resolution of the signals of different types of seeds can be adaptive with the response characteristics of the seeds themselves.;Based on the law of lens refraction,the structure of the refracting thin-surface laser seed flow sensing device is designed,and the error analysis of the key assembly dimensions affecting the detection accuracy is carried out;the bench test is carried out to test the optimization effect,and the bench test results show that: The thin-surface laser seed flow sensing device expands the effective sensing area of the sensor and enhances the versatility of different types of seeds without affecting the accuracy of seed flow detection.(2)The terminal of the seeding monitoring system adapted to the seed flow sensing device is designed.Based on the requirements of the monitoring system for the planting monitoring function,the hardware design,packaging and software design of the planting monitoring terminal are carried out respectively,so that the monitoring system can store and manage the planting status information such as the sowing amount,seeding frequency and missed sowing status in real time.The research on the data transmission mechanism between the equipment of the seeding monitoring system is presented.A bench test was carried out on the accuracy of the sowing rate monitoring and missed sowing detection of the seeding monitoring system.The test results show that when the seeding frequency is not higher than 32.73 Hz,the accuracy rate of the sowing rate monitoring is not less than 97%,which meets the requirements of Accuracy requirements for sowing monitoring;When the seed metering device does not produce serious missed sowing(missing sowing index ≤ 15%),the maximum deviation between the detection value of the missing sowing index and the high-precision visual inspection test bench is 2.21 percentage points.The results show that the accuracy of the sowing monitoring system for rapeseed monitoring and missed sowing detection meets the requirements for use.(3)Aiming at the reliability of the planting monitoring system in the field work and the reliability and display effect of the planting monitoring system in the remote transmission of field data,a field test of the planting monitoring system was carried out with the rape seeder as the carrier.The accuracy rate of rapeseed seeding monitoring is not less than 96.5%,the system works reliably in the field,and field illumination and machine vibration have no effect on the monitoring.Monitoring System The sowing monitoring system in the field collects complete and accurate rapeseed sowing quality information.The average time taken to transmit the collected information to the cloud storage platform database is no more than 2 seconds,and the transmission data is accurate and the stored information is complete.The whole set of sowing quality monitoring system is running normally.It shows that the sowing monitoring system can stably and reliably complete the monitoring of sowing operations in the field.
