| With the development of science and technology,the level of agricultural mechanization in China is constantly improving.Rice precision direct seeding technology has developed rapidly in recent years.Compared with traditional seedling sowing,it has the advantages of saving time and labor,low cost,high efficiency,and suitable for large-scale mechanized operation.It is of great significance for rice production and increasing farmers’ income.However,most of the current rice precision direct seeding process lacks real-time seeding monitoring.It is difficult to notice the phenomenon of large-scale missed seeding and reseeding during the seeding process,and the yield of rice will be greatly affected.Therefore,this thesis designs a rice precision direct seeding monitoring system based on industrial computer to realize real-time monitoring of missed seeding and replay in the process of rice precision direct seeding.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Combined with the current situation of precision direct seeding of hybrid rice in Hubei Province,the overall design scheme of the sowing monitoring system and the principle of missed sowing and replay monitoring based on time interval were determined by using the horizontal air suction seed metering device as the research carrier.The monitoring system mainly includes rice seed monitoring module,GPS positioning and speed measurement module,seed box level monitoring module,embedded touch screen integrated industrial computer and Kingview real-time monitoring software system.(2)The hardware design scheme of the system is proposed.Combined with the actual situation of mechanized precision direct seeding of rice and the functional requirements of seeding monitoring,the embedded industrial control integrated machine is taken as the main body,and the non-dead-angle window-type seed-dropping optical fiber sensor,the oppositetype photoelectric material level sensor,GPS + Beidou dual-mode positioning and speed measurement module are selected to complete various monitoring.The light volume module is selected to realize the communication between each module and the industrial computer.At the same time,based on the motion analysis of rice seeds in the seeding tube and the sensor parameters,the original seeding tube was modified.(3)Combined with the hardware design goal of the monitoring system,the system software design scheme is proposed.A seeding monitoring system based on Kingview 6.55 is designed,which can realize real-time monitoring of missing sowing,replaying and seed shortage in the precision direct seeding process.If there is an exception,the alarm information is generated immediately and synchronized to the alarm log.(4)The physical characteristics test of rice seeds,the accuracy verification test of sowing monitoring sensor and the monitoring accuracy test of sowing monitoring system were carried out.The physical properties of three typical direct-seeded hybrid rice varieties in Hubei were determined by the physical properties test,and the physical parameters of the monitoring objects were determined.The accuracy verification test of the sowing monitoring sensor showed that the detection rate of the selected sensor for single seed was 100 %,and the average monitoring accuracy of 3-5 seeds was 82.59 %.The monitoring accuracy test of the sowing monitoring system shows that the overall average missed sowing monitoring accuracy of the designed system is 90.25 %,the reseeding monitoring accuracy is 84.34 %,and the normal sowing monitoring accuracy is 95.28 %. |
