With the develop of traction power supply system and high-speed railway. The requirements of integrated information acquisition and processing in traction substation is much more higher. The particularity of traction power supply system, such as single-phase load which will result in a large number of negative-sequence current and voltage, Special reflow (such as overhead reflux, rail reflux and ground reflux) is easy to cause a fault. Only record fault electric value can not meet the requirements of traction power supply system. So it’s important to study on an integrated information collection system which can record the fault and normal electrical parameters such as current, voltage, active and reactive power information and non-electrical parameters.As the core of the information collection system, The design of recorded wave acquisition device and the recorded wave analysis sub-station is the most important part in the system. Because of the difference between traction power supply system and power system, Ordinary recorded wave acquisition device (power system fault recorder) does not fully meet the requirements of the traction substation. A traction substation integrated information acquisition system which can meet the characteristics of traction power supply system is needed in the situation that a variety of simple and complex accident happen to identify the fault quickly and accurately. The recorded wave data which be collected by recorded wave acquisition device will be transmitted to the recorded wave analysis sub-station where waveform analysis is processing. Recorded wave analysis sub-station provide a basis and evaluation for the fault analysis and various relay impose.At first this paper describe the traction substation integrated information collection system, then design software of the recorded wave acquisition device and recorded wave analysis sub-station on the basis of power system fault recorder and the characteristics of traction power supply system. This paper choose OMAP-L137Dual-core chips made by TI company. The design of the recorded wave acquisition device is based on the C language programming environment, Including DSP system design and ARM system design. DSP is charge of data acquisition, ARM is charge of data communication and control, use128kb shared RAM space for the data exchange. Whether start wave recording or not is judging by DSP. The judgement is based on calculating of the analog and the digital value.PC software design based on Delphi platform, design and implement the communication module, Document management module, COMTRADE format conversion module, Sampling set module, the waveform display module and waveform analysis module. Through modular design, the software system can achieve a variety of complex functions. In the waveform analysis module, Harmonic analysis, frequency analysis, phasor analysis and fault generation of the presentation is completed by the the data algorithm design and Delphi programming, and displayed in various forms in the software interface. In the waveform display module, by reading and parsing COMTRADE format file to make the recorded wave data displayed in the form of a waveform on the software interface.
