Electronic testing technology has been widely used in all kinds of scientific work and industrial production,however,the traditional measuring instrument is difficult to meet the requirement of modern society on analyzing and processing the complex signals.In this case,how to develop a new generation measuring instrument which has better capability on data processing,storage and display is becoming a new research direction in electronic measurement industry.Therefore,This project aims to develop a multi-channel Scopecorder with rich measurement functions,powerful storage functions and diverse display functions.Based on the hardware architecture composed by acquisition board,signal processing motherboard and IPC architecture,the software functions including signal measurement and statistics,multi-channel and large-capacity data storage,and a variety of display views are developed for the Scopecorder,and these functions are tested and verified in detail based on the project requirements.The main research contents are as follows:1.Designing the system software architecture of multi-channel Scopecorder.This paper respectively discusses the software design scheme based on single thread and multi-thread architecture,determines the design scheme of multi-thread software architecture based on function modules,and makes a detailed study on the software implementation of this scheme,which improves the execution efficiency of the software.2.Realizing the measurement and statistics function of multi-channel Scopecorder.This paper also has a research on the measurement and statistics function including the calculation of 28 kinds of parameters,and designs a measurement method combining multiple modes in the measurement module,including real-time automatic measurement,real-time statistics and historical statistics,which guarantees good waveform analysis ability.Several important parameter measurement algorithms and parameter statistics algorithms are introduced in detail.The deficiency of edge detection algorithm is found and the improvement scheme is implemented,which can reduce the measurement errors of time parameters.3.Developing the file saving and loading function of multi-channel Scopecorder.On the basis of the historical function,In view of the deficiency in the implementation of the scheme for reading and writing standard files,an improved scheme is designed.At the same time,aiming at the problem of long storage time of large capacity data,this paper introduces the memory mapping file technology to realize the scheme of fast large file storage,designs and implements a fast big-file storage scheme,which can reduce the storage time by more than 50% than the original scheme when the data volume is 500 M,reflecting a good data storage capacity.4.Realizing multi-channel Scopecorder waveform display function.The multi-channel and multi-window display interface is designed and planned,and the drawing method of waveform display area is studied,which aims to solve the problem of waveform overlapping.Diversified functional views are developed based on object-oriented thinking,including ZOOM view display,XY view display and parameter measurement result view display in oscilloscope mode,as well as vector view display and histogram display in power mode,which provides a wealth of waveform view display function.
