With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, more and more electronic products have the characteristics of mixed signal. Therefore, Mixed-signal analyzer that better able to cope with and to efficient completion of testing of complex mixed signal has more and more important role in modern electronic testing field. Because of the mixed-signal analyzers need to display more and more complicated signal, its waveform display module performance becomes more and more important, its quality will directly influence the overall performance of mixed-signal analyzer.In this paper, study on software design of the waveform display module base on the research and development of mixed-signal analyzer project of laboratory. the overall scheme design, multi display waveform display mode design, waveform processing and rendering is discussed. The main content of this research for the:1.Design of multi display area waveform display mode. This paper presents a solution of multi channel waveform aliasing display area design of mixed signal analyzer, the program provides 4 kinds of waveform display mode, in different display modes, different waveforms can displayed in different display area, effectively solves the aliasing problem in multi waveform display. Design of a split window method based on improved MFC static window splitter in the implementation process, can satisfy the demand of the display area layout changes in the multi display area waveform display mode. In order to improve the efficiency of the procedures the use of multi threading technology. It not only improving the display efficiency but also satisfying the demand of synchronously waveform display in the plurality of display areas.2. Waveform processing and drawing. In the aspect of simulation waveform, basing on the waveform reconstruction theory and Matlab simulation,a interpolation method for the mixed-signal analyzer is designed. at the same time, realize a variety of waveform display pattern, including vector, infinite persistence and variable persistence with color gray, in the persistence mode has the ability to show waveform strength, enhance the display properties. In the aspect of digital waveform, using the scroll bar,realize displaying multi channel digital waveform. In the aspect of spectral waveform, fast CZT algorithm was used to achieve more precise spectrum. At the same time, with the implementation of a high speed pixel level drawing method, the persistence mode waveform display become more efficient. Combined with computer graphics in anti aliasing theory effectively solves the problem of waveform sawtooth.3. System verification. After the completion of the waveform display module software design, the function of the software was verified by test, all the functions meet the design goals.
