Power car is an important tool for railway passenger transport, and will continue to use a longer period of time. Air conditioning generator car power source for centralized power supply air-conditioned train, by diesel combustion in a diesel engine driven generator operation, to ensure the normal operation of the bus air conditioning units, heating, lighting, drinking water and other facilities. At this stage, buses use of primary energy consumption is the air conditioning power generation oil consumption of the car, in the bus depot cost management is critical. After years of use, but there are some imperfections in the management and monitoring of air conditioning generator car, which poses a problem for traffic safety and energy management. Therefore, the use of the TCDS system and the micro-controller technology, combined with the output capacity of the train, the outside temperature of the operating environment, train formation and practical factors such as air-conditioning power car oil consumption monitoring and testing, and air conditioning generator set working status of the car-to real-time monitoring, and has a major economic prospects and security implications.Using micro-controller technology, combined with the electrical parameter detection module, wireless transmission technology to achieve the measurement of the generator set power generator car air conditioning and other electrical parameters, make full use of the the TCDS bus system for real-time transmission of data, management and technical point of view to strengthen the management and use of diesel, air conditioning generator car diesel consumption reached a reasonable scientific information management, combined with the TCDS ground expert system for fault warning of the generator set, the failure of generator sets provide a reliable basis to improve safety risk prevention.This paper analyzes the generator car oil consumption monitoring and rail mobile equipment at home and abroad generator testing the status quo, Power and Oil Consumption detection system to use wireless transmission technology, and then according to the actual situation of train system requirements analysis, re-use micro-controller technology power sensors, wireless transmitter module hardware system, using tools such as Keil C software development, the final part of the loading test, to obtain more satisfactory results in the simulation state.
