With the introduction of a series of policies on energy saving and energy consumption reduction,the energy consumption index of power generation equipment has been paid more and more attention by domestic power generation enterprises.Chinese electric power industry development started late,the early development of the thermal power enterprises are lagging behind foreign imported units,uneven quality of thermal power generating units of independent research and development,operation or maintenance loss processes and in the leading part of the unit equipment larger defects.In this paper,the basic process of power generation of 220 MW thermal power unit is briefly introduced,and the main energy consumption equipment in the production process is introduced.Through the comparison of the power consumption of the two boilers of the same type in the power plant,a high power consumption.Through the analysis and research,it is found that the power consumption of the pulverizer is the main factor which affects the power consumption of the boiler pulverizing system.In this paper,the main factors that affect the power consumption of the mill are tested by the orthogonal test method and the golden section method.After a period of experiments,the power consumption rate of the boiler pulverizing system is reduced,and the purpose of the test is achieved.Finally,to observe the stability of a period of the boiler after the test,according to the period of single units and grid electricity price,calculated the subject finally create economic and social benefits.
