As going deep into the ceramic brick press hydraulic system, affecting performance, the energy loss, noise factors of the hydraulic system turn into the focus of exploration. Two-way cartridge valve, the duct of hydraulic manifold blocks, the prefill valve in the hydraulic system is this topic research object, mainly for the flow field analysis and visualization simulation.Three-dimensional fluid model of two-way cartridge valve is established based on FLUENT simulation software. Modeling, meshing is being on front Processor of the FLUENT software, then is solving in the solver and simulation results are obtained. Respectively from different differential pressure when same opening degree, different opening degree when the same pressure difference to analyze the fluid flow field on the surface of the longitudinal pressure, speed, the change of the velocity vector, concluded that the flow surface, concave and convex Angle, vessel, the characteristics of entrance and exit in the flow field influence the flow field. According to it the modification plan of valve core structure is put forward, for the structure optimization of the flow field provides the theoretical basis and the structure modification are presented. Through comparing the experimental data and simulation data, which can validate the simulation scheme is feasible.Three-dimensional fluid model of duct inside the hydraulic manifold blocks is established based on FLUENT simulation software. Into the cartridge valve before the period of internal flow channel and flow cartridge valve after the period of internal flow channel is picked up as an analysis object. From right-angle turn structure, eccentric distance, process chamber should, the tip vessel respectively to carry out a detailed analysis of the flow field. And put forward the modification plan that the rectangular steering structure into the rectangular structure, compared the change of flow field pressure and velocity change, analysis of the influence of the flow field before and after the change. Those provide theoretical basis and reference for the hydraulic integrated block layout, interior design, structure optimization.Three-dimensional fluid model of prefill valve is established based on FLUENT simulation software. We can use the hybrid model to simulate the flow field, when the gas volume flow rate is beyond10%. Simulation analysis compare for four kinds of circumstances that volume were taken at a rate of0%,10%,20%,50%. we can known that the size of the gas volume rate affect the performance of the hydraulic system.
