Supervising Engineer The Settlement Of Disputes Control Research Based On RIOI-IT Mode

In the construction field, engineering settlement has always been a sensitive topic. There are always dispute on both parties during the settlement process. Management of the current research body of settlement is too single, almost all of the research is around the point of contradiction. However, the diversity of settlement management requires not only over-emphasize or over a class of subjects. As a third-party construction, the special status of supervising engineers determines it’s important role in the settlement of disputes, so it’s necessary to establish a dispute settlement soon for supervising engineer’s settling dispute, and having great significance of promoting further management development of the construction industry.Based on the perspective of supervising engineers and under the guidance of the FIDIC contract terms and the text of the construction contracts, this paper gives the recognition of role and status of supervising engineers in the settlement of disputes and promotes the point of the supervising engineers’real role played in the real reality. Through literature study and survey research, the paper concludes the settlement disputes type under the management of supervision engineers and the cause of disputes, applying theoretical basis for carrying out further work. Further, considering the causes of disputes and characteristics, a new settlement of disputes in the project management model is promoted from the perspective of supervising engineer, which RORI IT management (a combination of risk management, information management, objectives Management for the formation of integrated management and counseling modern information technology management), and application of this model in settling disputes management control are described in details in every chapter, also specific examples of projects is used to illustrate the usefulness of RIOI IT management further.Finally, the expected results of this study can give help to improve the balance sheet of domestic dispute management level supervision engineers and make some contribution on improving the management theory.
