Study On The Application Of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System To Xuanggong

Since the Computer Integrated Manufacture System come out, it were the hotspot of the management study and manufacture attention. But until now , CIMS is a developing science and not mature, it has a mass of problems worth of researched. Especially aspect of PDM, the data headstream of CIMS, PDM 's on or off works crucial action on entire CIMS. In the paper, the author researches how to use PDM to maintain the product data structure 's uniqueness & validity & correctness through the product design process, design modification and manufacture process. Then the author introduces the PTC 's PDM software "INTRALINK", it had been implemented in Hebei Xuanhua Construction machinery Institute. The first part sums up the conception,system form,actuality and prospect of CIMS. It brief introduces the background ,definition and function, the study instance of international & inland and development trend of CIMS. It brings forward interrelated answer means to the key problem among the CIMS 's appliance. The second part introduces the dynamic change of product data structure and model. It analysis the factors of bringing the change of the product data information, expounds the version management method of the product data structure. The third part sets forth the concept of information flow and process flow, discusses the integrated of the product structure and information flow. It brings forward three data transmit course project about the dynamic change of product structure. It puts forward author's own opinion about the product structure's process, such as item management, put out process, project modification &user purview etc. The fourth part brings forward the author's own imagine about the CIMS structure of Hebei Xuanhua Construction Machinery Institute LTD. The integrated system of the product design , manufacture &management is indeed meaning "data share"of a sort of fire-new management truth and computer network technique &data. Aimed at the enterprise's requirement of CIMS, the author clarifies a sort of integrated design,manufacture &process management structure frame CIMS,it is based on the product digital information ,objected on the enterprise information flow ,masterstroke of the product structure. The fifth part introduces the Pro/INTRALINK's theories,structures and specialties, how to in effect to control the process of the product exploitation under the Pro/INTRALINK environment. The sixth part gives the main conclusion obtained in this paper and the prospect for next research.
