In addition to LRM (Line Replaceable Module) can be replaced as the basic unit of Integrated Modular Avionics has become a modern military aircraft avionics equipment trends of development, in the system as a avionics of the device, an important new generation aircraft with an integrated data-processing equipment for research and development should also respond to technological trends in LRM module structure, replacing the traditional forms of LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) of the structure to form an integrated data-processing machines, will be in a compact, powerful, stable performance of avionics equipment.This paper studies the integrated data processor overall demand, with reference to foreign military aircraft with LRM module of the standard, put forward comprehensive data processor uses the LRM module and a module mounting box structure design, set up comprehensive data processor LRM module size and layout, module mounting box layout form and dimension design data. In the study of several LRM module based on fast plugging device, designed a kind of simple principle, reliable use of fast plugging device, and has carried on the intensity examination. In structure design, the weight control in the first place, the structure of the weight design, and ensure the equipment lightweighting demand. Proposed the use of cooling equipment cooling scheme, and the liquid cooling mode in theory calculation, using thermal analysis software for different flow field were analyzed, the optimum design scheme. On the overall and typical module for thermal analysis, and according to the calculated results to modify the design. Construct the test platform, equipment for the simulation test. The final design to meet the use requirements of the integrated data processor box structure.
