In recent years,video capture and storage systems have been widely used in military fields such as UAVs and helicopters.With the rapid development of information technology and aviation technology,the development of advanced airborne equipment has become the main task to enhance the level of modern flight tactics.Therefore,the embedded video capture and storage system has become a new research hotspot.The flight parameter recorder installed on the aircraft is a kind of embedded airborne information recorder,commonly known as the black box,which usually records various signal parameters in the flight of the aircraft,so as to analyze the flight quality after the flight or encounter an unexpected situation.However,with the development of technology,the traditional flight parameter recorder can only objectively reflect the working conditions of the equipment in the process of flight,and some operational behaviors of the pilots in training and the special situations that the aircraft may encounter in the flight cab can not be reflected only by the flight parameters.Therefore,the airborne video recording equipment has received more and more attention.According to the actual situation of a certain type of aircraft,based on the embedded host platform of Power PC and using Vxworks real-time operating system,this paper realizes an airborne electronic equipment of the airborne audio and video monitoring system,which can collect and record the cockpit video and audio frequency,so as to correspond to complex air conditions and record the flight crew simultaneously.Each member in the flight operation process and dialogue,so the system needs to be able to record multiple acquisition points of video and audio signals,and can complete the ground download and restore the playback function and reserve the real-time playback interface.In this paper,through the actual design process to elaborate the main control module of the airborne audio and video surveillance system to achieve audio and video data recording and downloading design.The hardware design of the main control module of the video recorder,the structure design of the control software and the detailed design of each function module are discussed in detail.After completion of the flight test,the system has been extended to other aircraft for installation and use.After the system is completed,it can not only provide key evidence for the analysis of flight accidents,but also provide material for flight training and the correction of pilots' daily flight habits,improve the quality of flight training and refine the improvement of flight quality,and ultimately enhance the overall combat effectiveness of our air force.
