Automatic Test Equipment(Automatic Test Equipment, ATE) is controlled by a computer to realize the test equipment, the test circuit and the other subsystems of the automated test equipment. Its main purpose is to provide a common, open, good test environment for testers to improve test accuracy and efficiency. ATE platform should have parameters, universal and scalable features to suit its function. Maintenance support staff for the accuracy and reliability of the aircraft inspection and maintenance of a direct impact on the quality of performance of the aircraft security. But the locomotive force traditional detection methods are increasingly unable to meet the maintenance requirements to support the protection of existing avionics systems, open common test technology has become necessary to ensure long-term reliable operation of the aircraft. Development of this project is to meet the ATE for airborne electronic equipment require routine testing in order to improve attendance and combat aircraft. In addition to meeting the daily needs overhaul maintenance support staff, but also requires it to adapt to transitions and mobility maintenance and support.The overall design of the paper include ATE systems, system software and hardware design, system integration hardware integration, system commissioning and system link attenuation signal analysis. The main work is as follows:(1) learn about the background and relevant technical information ATE systems,according to the testing task clear test requirements, learning and participation in the Testing program relevant technical field research.(2) reference a single type of electronic equipment, complete selection of all test resources within the system hardware. Design of the "power controller" within the management system so that it can concentrate plus power outages equipment, improve system automation and intensive level. Design of the "microwave control and signal transfer distributor", reducing the microwave signal transmission system links electromagnetic interference and other issues. Designed and produced in the ATE system connecting cables to the rear panel of the chassis equipment hub between the cable and the chassis.(3) Participation in the top-level design ATE system software. System software of fire with openness, versatility, standardization, modularity and reliability principles.(4) from the lap, laying wiring, grounding wire and cable systems, such as the angle of a comprehensive analysis of the integration process ATE systems important and difficult, and draw the cable wiring diagram of the system as a whole and the chassis cable connection diagram.(5) analysis of the signal chain ATE systems, mainly from the signal attenuation analysis, attenuation test principle, the attenuation test results and analysis program to expand research and analysis point of view, from the side, designed to reflect the performance of the overall stability of the ATE system.(6) research projects. From integrated installation, system commissioning and link system overall layout, test resource selection, system attenuation summary analysis summarizes the thesis work. And raises prospect follow-up research.
