Project evaluation gives the overall analysis evaluation to the benefits of the society and economy and gives the conclusions to the necessity of the projects investment, technical feasibility and the economic profitability. It will reduce and avoid the losses of the investment decisions by evaluation research thereby improve economic efficiency of investment projects.The power industry is the capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries, as its basic component of the voltage level of the power transmission project, it also has the corresponding property. In the power electricity production, power transmission project is aiming the necessity, feasibility and economy and giving several rounds technical demonstration from building the program to research all the aspects.However, the traditional power transmission project overemphasis grid technology demonstration project properties, it can not fully evaluate the overall efficiency of the project, and often only qualitative conclusions, and has no quantitative tender which does not help to improve the quality of decision making.Based on the research of the current power transmission project in our country, this paper discusses the characteristics of AHP entropy weight correction method evaluation program proposed fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. First, this paper uses AHP to determine the weight and deterMined on the basis of the evaluation factors, evaluation grades and weights factor on the use of fuzzy set transform theory to describe the degree of membership of various factors, fuzzy boundaries factor construct fuzzy matrix, through multi-the complex operation and ultimately determines the level of evaluation object belongs. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is a simple and flexible multi-criteria decision making method, which will set the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy Ho in one with good usability. It can solve the problem in the selection of qualitative and quantitative abstraction and it is possible to avoid the difficulties matrix consistency problems and differences in thinking and human matrix established. It is a good prospect especially for containing qualitative and fuzzy problems scoring situations which require expert evaluation. This approach integrates all the indicators, picks the optimal solution and has a little prediction error.As an example of Luoyang Xigong220KV power transmission project, this paper collects relevant data analysis project and introduces the basic situation objectively Xigong220KV power transmission project work, then uses qualitative and quantitative indicators to describe the method of combining the analysis to establish the Xigong Engineering220KV power transmission project evaluation system,and finally the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process indicator system of power transmission project conduct a more comprehensive and integrated assessment. Empirical evidence shows that fuzzy analytic hierarchy process as a simple and flexible method for evaluating projects, in line transmission project evaluation requirements. Using the method of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of power transmission project properties can be fully judged, and is helped to strengthen scientific rationality of the project decisions.
