| With the rapid development of China’s express delivery industry,various express companies have established their own networks to form their own advantages.The ever-increasing demand for express services and the timeliness have enabled rapid development of air express services.SF Company has formed its own unique air network through the deployment of a full cargo aircraft network and the use of aircraft belly resources.The optimization of package under the existing air network can not only maintain the first-mover advantage of its air network,but also help improve the time efficiency of air express delivery and further increase market share.In the case of the express industry,it is related to the value realization of express company,and also has significant impacts on further aspects such as accelerating the standardization of time efficiency service and promoting the overall progress of the express industry.This thesis takes SF Express Company as the research object and tries to do further research on the time efficiency method of its existing air network,which is presented in the following aspects.First of all,the thesis analyzes the time efficiency factor of the SF Company based on a large amount of data analysis.In the meantime,some evaluation index of time efficiency optimization model is set by interviews of the high-level administrator and specific practices.Afterwards,the thesis analysis the operational logic of the package optimization in a micro-level perspective based on the real logistics transportation network,and built a time efficiency optimization model,which considers operational factors such as loading capacity of aircraft,the timeliness of different flow volume,and proposes the optimal target.Finally,two representative types of data are selected,and the case analysis of the input and output of the load optimization model is carried out.After the preliminary test of practice,some of the results have been used in the operations. |
