Study On Composite Design Strategy Of Business School Building

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has entered a period of sustained andrapid development, the increasing social demand of talent with economic and managementskill have been increasing day by day. With this trend and background, the domestic businesseducation meets vigorous development, business school building’s construction efforts alsoexpand year by year. However, the author found in the research that many domestic businessschool building are with a variety of problems, not only with difficulties to meet the needs ofbusiness education, and also can not reflect their own cultural characteristics of the businessschool. The main reason for these problems is the ignorance and misunderstanding of theirown characteristics and complexity of the business school in the design process, especially inthe processes of functional formulation and integration, spatial organization and construction,as well as external factors correlation design,we are lack of in-depth research and systematictheoretical guidance. As the urgent need for the current business school building of new andthe renovation and expansion project, the establishment of a specialized composite designmethod for guiding the business school building construction is necessary and crucial.This thesis is focused on the common problem of the current domestic Business Schoolbuildings. Firstly, I proposed and defined the concepts relating Business Schools, thendiscussed in accordance with the state of development of the Business School building, andpreliminarily proposed the ideas of composite design of the Business School building.Subsequently, research respectively from the functional elements of the Business Schoolbuilding, the the spatial elements associated and external elements. Through theoreticalresearch and comparative analysis of practical cases, it can draw conclusions of the compositedesign strategies in these three aspects. Finally, i focus on the development of future businessschool building to expand further thinking and outlook, in order to provide reference andinspiration for the design and creation of the future of the business school building.
