The Strategy Of Constructing The Features Of The Architectural Form Of Business School

In the rapid development of market economy, the demand of excellent enterprise management is increasing day by day. The Sino US cooperation Chinese Industrial Science and technology management training center in Dalian as a starting point, Chinese modern business education came into being. Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, more and more universities even independent institutions set off a boom of setting up business schools, new business school buildings have sprung up in large numbers. For many architects business school is a new thing, due to the lack of practical experience and theoretical guidance, some business schools design merely to meet the general requirements, to meet the higher requirements, especially to meet the emotional needs of the user often appeared to be inadequate. The author is fortunate enough to participate in the design and construction of a number of such buildings, especially in the design practice of the China business executives academy Dalian, which has achieved good social repercussions and won some awards. Hope to sum up the experience of the project and to exploring the methods and Strategies of constructing the architectural features of business schools.The starting point are study on the business school’s development history, the characteristics of the course, function space, public space development trend and the study on the physiological, psychological and age characteristics of the main user of business school, explore to establish a connection between these internal characteristics and architectural form, and the strategies and methods for feedback of these features in architectural form design. Then the design and practice of China business executives academy Dalian verify the correctness of these strategies and methods. Finally, the general method of constructing the architectural form characteristics of business schools is concluded,and further points out that the more common form of architecture should be "from the rational, the ultimate return to emotion".
