Research On The Residential Spatial Distribution Of Changchun City Since The21^st Century

Urban, as economic activity gathering center, occupies a vital position in modernsociety. With the developing of the economic activity, urban also changes all the time.No matter how the changes happen, the living function is permanent function. Thegrowing importance of residence is apparent. Everyone has his own house is the focaltopic of the society. Residence as the material basis which forms urban region is one ofbasic human needs. Residential land is the first form of the human living space,including all kinds of production buildings structures and other facilities related tohuman lives within the scope of the residential space.In recent years, with the improvement of the standard of living city, urbanresidential space is changing fiercely. First with the acceleration of urbanization, thecity scale and space unceasingly expand rapidly; Second the fuction of the city,especially the large and super cities are more and more forward to comprehensive,different function areas formed, and various functions influence each other mutually,thus the Urban Residential Space has been influenced; Third with the deepeningreform of housing system and the raising level of people’s income in our country, thechoice of urban residents in living space is more marke-oriented, and individuation.Changchun is an extremely big city which has a population beyond4，000，000incityproper. With the acceleration of city urbanization, we see the constant improvementof city’s comprehensive function, the constant growth of the urban economy, theadjustment of industrial structure and the spatial layout of industry. Changchun urbanresidential space is also taking great changes. And all above have a significant effect onthe development of Changchun’s economy society in future.In this context, Changchun City, for example, on the basis of the actual survey,with the GIS platform for the21st century Changchun City, new residential dataprocessing, through the graphical representation of the different years, we getresidential distribution of Changchun City, the housing price distribution and thecharacteristics of different architectural model of residential distribution. Moreover onthe basis of the summary of the analytical model I analyse the new mechanism of thedevelopment of residential space of Changchun City, and express leading expositions of Changchun City residential space planning.In this paper, from the perspective of a combination of macro and micro, Iinvestigate the land distribution of the new residential space in Changchun in the21stcentury, This paper mainly composes of six parts:The first part described the research background of this study, significance,research contents and methods, paper’s framework and theory reviewed in order toclear the "ultimate goal" of this study;The second part is a brief introduction of Changchun Cityproper, and clear thisstudy region. Moreover, in order to better clarify the main direction of this study, Idefine the key concepts involved in this study. Based on all above, the housing type ofChangchun City is divided into five categories;The third part mainly analyses Changchun City residential area from threeangles,the new residential construction year of district-bit distribution, housingdifferent price District-bit distribution and different residential building modeDistrict-bit distribution by the CAD, the ARCGIS and other technology distributionrule and summarizes and analyses.The fourth part analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the residential spatialstructure in Changchun and the main factors;The fifth part on the basis of analysing the main factors which affect the change ofthe urban living space, plans the residential space and the spatial organization and giveadvices about the strategies of residential spatial distribution in Changchun.The sixth part in this paper makes a important conclusion and points out theproblems which need to be studied in further research.
