Study On Safety Management Of Public Transportation And Service Based On Systematic Security Theory

With the increase in the socio-economic development, private cars, taxis and other transport, the growing phenomenon of urban congestion; international energy conservation to curb global warming, protect the environment and other voices are also soaring. In such a context, the development of public transport has become an inevitable trend.The development of public transport must be the sustainability of development, production safety is the foundation of sustainable development protection, safe or not related to the presence of a person’s life, but also related to the stability of the whole society, because nothing life is more important. Life can not be guaranteed, all out of the question. Therefore, the safety of public transport affect the harmony and peace of the city’s relationship with the city’s economic development, but also affect the most important factor in the comfort and security of the masses.In order to study the main factors affecting the safety of bus operators and service, and to identify appropriate measures and solutions.We use the system safety engineering principles to Identify the sources of danger in the bus operators and service. Also, on the basis of the research results at home and abroad, according to historical data, we summarize the conclusions that the main factors affecting the safe operation are the bus attempted accident management, operating environment, vehicle performance, driver itself and seasonal factors. The same time, from the analysis of these factors impacting on the safety, we conclude the management measures to eliminate, reduce, or control the sources of danger, prevention and treatment of security issues to improve the bus safety management level. This is a positive and important practical significance to improve the security of the public transport operator services, enhance the sense of security of the passengers, promote the city in harmony and peace building, and promote the sustainable development of the Bus.
