In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the construction has also been an unprecedented development, which the concrete is widely used as the main raw material of construction. The concrete construction quality directly affects the quality of the whole project. Concrete's problems have voids, cracks, not dense, not thick enough, lack of steel and so on. These problems are also part of the construction during the late part arising from the use. These issues cause great project risks, endangering the lives and property of the people, so as to ensure the construction quality, these risks need to be checked and governance. Conventional detection methods include concrete hole and cross-hole sonic, drilling TV, coring, etc., these traditional methods are destructive tests, the sampling points are limited, and there is a big possibility to undetected, many concealed problems difficult to find. The ground penetrating radar as an NDT method, more than ten years of history, its theoretical foundation is very firm, the method is relatively mature, with easy capture, high resolution, non-destructive, high efficiency and other advantages. Railways, roads, water and electricity, municipal and other fields are widely used. Using ground penetrating radar to make concrete detection, there are still many questions to solve, such as bar diameter, in single and double reinforced detect voids and the like. The main contents of this article is reinforcement and hole monitoring in concrete. We do numerical Simulation for diameter, spacing, depth of reinforced and hole's filling, width, depth, etc. Simulations use different antennas center frequency and transceivers, and then do direct wave, FK migration processing. Through analysis and comparison, when detect different spacing and depth of the steel mesh, increasing the bottom of the radar antenna and the transceiver from the center frequency can be improved lateral resolution reinforcing mesh; when detected at reinforcing mesh sizes and different filling hole, hole affect sentence the main factor is the knowledge of multiples between steel mesh and hole, hole bars for little reflection waveform and amplitude effects by increasing the frequency of the antenna and transceiver distance, FK filtering and analyzing single channel echo curve to improve the steel mesh under empty identification. Finally, verify the correctness of the outcome by way of example. The main results of this paper:Antenna center frequency is proportional with steel mesh's lateral resolution, identification of the main factors affecting steel mesh and hollow is the interference wave between them. In the test, the detection accuracy can be improved by increasing the antenna center frequency and the transceiver distance. And by removing the direct wave and FK migration to improve the recognition of radar images. Results of this study for the detection of voids under concrete and steel mesh are instructive. For the hollow under the double steel mesh and steel mesh, we can modify the parameters of the radar antenna to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of detection, strengthening the ability of GPR applications.
