Comprehensive treatment technology of asphalt road surface as a new pavement maintenance technology,material selection,construction and performance evaluation are different from the traditional methods.At present,there is no set of Comprehensive treatment technology of asphalt road surface for the design and performance evaluation method in China,making the promotion and use the technology subject to certain restrictions.This paper based on the Comprehensive treatment technology of asphalt road surface layer structure Stress characteristic analysis,obtain the requirements of the original road and the of the raw material performance,and obtain the applicability of the structure and the material optimum combination scheme. Theoretical analysis of structural parameters by using Bisar software, come to the conclusion that under car load of interlayer shear stress is the main factors causing the destruction of comprehensive Treatment of asphalt pavement surface layer, maximum shear stress occurs at the middle bottom of structural layer. Paving test road is base on theoretical analysis,then evaluation of detection of road surface roughness, seepage coefficient, friction coefficient and structure depth indicators, and after more than six years of test show that the structure has good road performance, and its crack resistance, waterproof permeability, anti sliding ability was better.and its crack resistance, water penetration, sliding the ability to have better performance. The success of Test road paving laid a good foundation to promote more than160Km of extension engineering.the structure not only demonstrated a better road performance but also made a very good socio-economic and environmental benefits, it build the good foundation for this structure in the Xinjiang area and even the similar local large-scale promotion application.Finally, through theoretical and experimental demonstration proposed texture depth and saturation indices for the evaluation of the road performance of structures, and got better results.
