With the vigorous development of highway construction in China,asphalt pavement is more and more used in urban roads and highway construction.However,in recent years,in a variety of natural factors and heavy traffic under the combined effect of asphalt pavement began to appear micro-cracks,loose aggregate,asphalt film shedding,seepage and other early disease phenomenon Asphalt pavement early disease not only affect the driving comfort,but also on the traffic safety caused a severe test Including the fog seal,micro-surface,etc.,including the traditional preventive maintenance technology to a certain extent,effectively delay the destruction of asphalt pavement,but there are also more drawbacks It is difficult to meet the growing workload of asphalt pavement maintenance,therefore,the new asphalt pavement preconservation mode of research and exploration is necessary.Based on the analysis of the early disease types and genesis of asphalt pavement,this paper puts forward a new asphalt pavement conservation measures based on the characteristics and applicable conditions of the curing agent itself.Through the laboratory direct tensile test and epoxy emulsified asphalt evaporation residue three indicators test,to determine the fine Surface treatment dedicated curing agent-waterbased epoxy modified emulsified asphalt components of the ratio,and proposed fine Surface treatment dedicated Curing agent should be with the current use.The results show that the fine surface technology has good bonding performance with the original road surface,the consolidation of loose aggregate performance and sealing water performance.In order to reduce the anti-skid performance of the pavement after the construction of the traditional asphalt pavement,the results show that the anti-skid performance of the pavement is slightly improved,to ensure the safety of traffic.The effect of indoor simulation on the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of the asphalt pavement shows that the fine Surface treatment has a certain effect on the aging of the surface of the regenerated road.Combined with the fine Surface treatment in the Changshou area S407 line Ge Conglu Gelan to Shuanglong section of the application,analysis of the fine Surface treatmentat the technical utility of the project.The results of on-site inspection show that the fine surface can effectively close the micro-cracks within 3mm of the road surface to prevent the infiltration of pavement water,road seepage coefficient than the construction has greatly improved;Road anti-skid performance to be restored.At the same time,the fine Surface treatment at the consolidation of the road surface loose aggregate,to improve the appearance of road table,improve the road driving quality.Fine Surface treatment at the technical construction,the road performance can be basically restored to the new road effect.The study shows that the fine Surface treatment is a very effective asphalt pavement pre-curing technology,with good social and economic benefits,is now and now longer period of time are worthy of promotion of asphalt pavement preconservation of new technologies.
