| In the service process of Guangxi asphalt pavement,it bears the effects of high temperature,ultraviolet radiation,rain and vehicle load in summer,resulting in frequent occurrence of pavement diseases and lower service level.Crack treatment is an important part of preventive maintenance,which plays an important role in alleviating pavement performance degradation,prolonging pavement service life and saving maintenance funds.This paper analyzed the service environment characteristics of Guangxi pavement,explored its cracking characteristics and cracking mechanism,and combined with the current situation of maintenance technology in Guangxi,prepared the sealant with high temperature performance and deformation performance,and put forward the treatment scheme of crack diseases.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The cracking theory and maintenance decision theory of asphalt pavement are summarized and analyzed.The mechanism and development mode of crack are mastered,which provides an important theoretical basis for the research and application of Guangxi asphalt pavement crack treatment decision.The environmental and vehicle load characteristics of asphalt pavement service in Guangxi are studied.It is found that the natural environment of asphalt pavement service in Guangxi is characterized by high temperature in summer,strong radiation,more rainfall,and greater impact of natural conditions on the road.The proportion of heavy traffic on national and provincial trunk roads is large,and there are many light traffic such as cars on expressways,so the pavement performance is damaged to varying degrees.The cracking and development characteristics of asphalt pavement in Guangxi are studied.It is found that the cracking characteristics of Guangxi expressway are mainly distributed in the outer low-speed lane,and there are some transverse cracks running through the road width.Due to the heavy load and environmental effects,the cracking degree of common highways in Guangxi is generally serious,including transverse cracks,longitudinal cracks,and network cracks in long-term road sections.This paper also studies the characteristics and application effect of crack treatment technology in Guangxi area,develops the sealant with high temperature performance and deformation performance,and explores the economic benefits of each process.It is easy to roll the tire and stick the wheel when filling the seam using sealant,and easy to fall off when sticking the seam using tape.At the shear temperature of 185±5℃ and shear rate of 5000r/min,the optimum shear time is80 min and the development time is 40 min.Meanwhile,the joint sealant prepared under the mixture ratio of base asphalt: SBS: rubber powder: admixtures =1:0.06:0.15:0.03 has good high temperature performance and deformation performance.The cost of direct joint grouting is the lowest,followed by slotting joint grouting,and the cost of seam adhesive is higher,but the cost of slotting joint grouting is the highest in the early stage.The quality control points of each crack treatment technology and the selection of crack treatment methods are studied.Combined with the characteristics of various processes and the current situation of joint grouting technology in Guangxi,based on the characteristics of crack diseases,the selection method of treatment measures for crack diseases is proposed.The results show that the main factors affecting the decision-making are the type of crack disease,crack width and crack wall condition,horizontal and vertical index of crack location,economic benefit and equipment maintenance.The content of crack treatment includes evaluation of crack condition,determination of treatment time and method.The decision-making method of crack treatment proposed in this paper can provide appropriate treatment measures for different crack types and width in time,which has strong implementation and operability.At the same time,it can achieve better economic and social benefits by combining with the treatment of the joint pouring glue developed in this paper,which is conducive to the promotion and use. |
