| Jib joint of crawler crane is a joint between jib sections,consists of four pin-lug connector.Every pin-lug connector includes pin,single lug and double lug. Calculation of pin and lug strength is a key jib joint design.due to having no domestic standards about pin and lug strength,and concact problem is nonlinear,the contact stress can not been directly calculated by Analytical method, pin-lug design methods are still inadequate,It is have to search for reasonable strength methods about pin and lug,in order for correct calculating.This paper collects and sort out inter and outer nation materials in every aspect,and do research for and analysis to the load performance of lug and pin,set up same expressions of pin and lug calculation.As to the different results between these expressions,use ANSYS10.0to build contact finite element model,and compares the expression results with FEM results so as to check applicability of these expressions, analyze influence of clearance of shaft and hole,material property etc.factor on contact area and contact pressure.this paper also has checked that finite element model and some expressions are reasonable.finally, Establish three reasonable expressions.Based on the above work,the thesis use Hybrid Programming technique of Matlab and VB,matlab optimize toolbox, achieve the programmed on the design process of jib joint design.by entering basic parameters,the dimension of the parts will be shown as outputs.In summary,this paper determine the pin and lug a reasonable formula;has established contact finite element model and use experiment to verify the finite element model with the actual situation; by the above work, the thesis has formed initially a set of complete computations and the optimization design software, and has carried on the computation to the example, it is the beneficial work for establishing the independent design system. At the same time, the work can contribute to the design of crawler crane in the future. |
